韦尔奇的管理与领导力

杰克.韦尔奇,一代传奇人物,在疫情的各种纷扰之中,逝去了。
当深夜之际,看到了若干韦尔奇的著作,突然想到了很多事情,以至于想要写点东西。
管理本身的理论很简单,德鲁克说过:“Management is action not Philosophy”。在管理的实践中,有的职业经理人最终成为管理实践的大师,无疑的韦尔奇就是其中一位。
传统的官僚体系(Bureaucracy),从二战前开始,到二战之后,逐渐成为大多数公司的标准治理方式。在这个体系中,职业经理人开始出现,并且成为创始人的代理人,由于其广泛的认知是职位权力是天生的,是神授的,因此,职位权力是毋庸置疑的。韦尔奇在GE的改革告诉职业经理人,其实职位权力并不是天生的,下属的跟随才是真正的职位权力表现。因此,开始的领导力发展的一系列改革。

致2020年

2019年在各种纷纷扰扰中远去了。从2019年的各种纷扰之中走出来,还是平稳的走到了2020年。
今天是2020年的第一天,早上还下着蒙蒙细雨,推开窗,发现其实雨并不大,于是穿上跑步衣,迎着蒙蒙细雨,怀着一种虔诚的心理,迈开了脚步,像远古的祖先一样,奔跑在一望无际的原野上。
从闹市区逐渐跑到了郊区,呼吸着甜甜的空气,雨中带着一种泥土的芳香,呼吸与步伐非常平稳,在这样的一种状态中,似乎进入一种冥想状态之中。

为什么顾问需要不断的写作

在大概十五年前,读MBA的时候,从原来的制药行业改行从事管理咨询,十几年的管理咨询工作,其间无数的客户,艰难的初步沟通,愉快的项目合作,项目收尾结束,甚而至于重复购买其他方向的需求,在为甲方不断提供咨询服务的过程中,顾问得到了什么?是高额的咨询费用的分成,还是大江南北的所谓的免费旅游,其实都不是,而是在项目中逐步沉淀下来的经验,知识和解决客户问题的技能,甚而至于是对管理学的某些领域的独到的见解,这些隐形的东西才是顾问最大的收获。如何将这些东西价值最大化,这个就需要顾问不断的投入精力写作,将隐形知识固化。

行动学习的构成要素

Ponder over mortality

On hearing my classmate passing away, it makes and throws me into deepest and most serious meditation. Death is most powerful thing in the world: it takes everything me deeply loved away and leaves us with progressing blurred memory; it approaching us even without notice and before me are aware of its approaching, it strip us for those who we loved and concerned.; it makes us ponder about reincarnation which gives huge room for religiously believes to be flourished. Facing the almighty power of death, glory, prestige, richness, vanity and ambition is so trivial and insignificant to be mentioned; Death takes away and deprives us of all this worldly things and belongings, which makes us all equal: All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again.
