About Yoga in my life

When I was fifteen years school boy, by pure chance, began to get acquaintance with Yoga and from that time started to practice both Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga. More than thirty years from then, when retrospect, Yoga deeply influence my heart and life, guides me through all kind of difficulty and hardship.


Trace back to more than ten years ago, the night before entrance examination of postgraduate exam, I got serious insomnia and could not fall to sleep. I tried all method to calm down myself and still remained wide awake. Time passed by, and tomorrow I would be face hardest test in my life which results can decided my fate. At that anxious time, I opened Bhagavad subconsciously and began to read, just read few sentence, I felt greatest calm and tranquil. After meditated for about ten minutes, I fallen to deep sleep. Because of deep sleep and meditation, I kept cool-headed throughout the exam and success in the end. Yoga pranayama technique indeed can reduce anxious level and purified mind.
When I changed my vocation and became a business consultant, often face with great pressure and dilemma, and Yoga became part of my consulting life. Before a consulting seminar, important meeting, keynote speech, I will practice Yoga Asnan and Pranayama to enhance my ability to remain calm and agility. I have never lost a single contract bidding chance due to chaos, and have never misconducted training program and make client dissatisfied because of nervousness.
More than thirty years’ experience of practicing Yoga, more and more, it keeps me in state of tranquil and peace, which eventually makes me become stronger than before and enhance my inner power of cognition and perception.
