组织发展从业人员如何帮助业务部门

面对越来越不确定的环境,许多企业开始设置组织发展岗位,专业致力于改善组织运行状况,提升组织效率。但是,很多企业在设置组织发展这个岗位的时候,面临非常尴尬的情况:职位设置过高,与董事会的一些权限冲突;设置过低,与人力资源的职责权限冲突。因此,企业内部的组织发展从业人员面临同样的尴尬。

第二具有高度的组织情商。组织发展的从业人员应该具有非常扎实的社会科学的基础,同时,具有非常高的工作情商,寻找各种机会帮助组织中的个人、组织、组织领导提升业绩,避开人际复杂的陷阱。采用有技巧的方法收集数据信息,形成提升方案,最为关键的是需要得到上级领导、职能领导的信任与授权。在组织中个人、团队、组织界面等层次上灵活采用各种组织发展技术,以帮助个人、组织和组织领导为宗旨,如此,才能有效的帮助业务部门员工、领导提升技能,改变心态,最终提升组织绩效。
第三熟悉业务部门的业务、技术、流程等。与业务部门的沟通需要站在业务的角度,结合组织发展的理论,研究目前组织遇到的核心问题。在这个过程中,熟悉业务是组织发展从业人员与业务部门沟通的关键所在,如HRBP一样,需要成为业务部门的伙伴,只有如此,才能保证组织发展从业人员在于业务部门沟通的时候,不至于从西安严重的沟通障碍。
组织发展从业人员,尤其是企业内部的组织发展人员,需要站在企业战略、文化、技术的角度,采用系统性的方法,并且对组织方方面面的情况非常敏感,站在业务部门的角度,实际有效的解决业务部门遇到的问题,这样,才能有效的帮助业务部门,以凸显组织发展从业人员的价值
