如何在面试中成功推销自己

外表

首先较好的外貌一定是加分项,这个是人类自然选择的结果。面试官在应聘者走进面试会议室的一瞬间,已经快速扫描了应聘者,已经对应聘者的大概情况进行了预判。实际上,在应聘者开口的前几分钟,面试官已经确定了应聘者是否合格。在此以后的面试时间,其实是面试官验证自己的假设的时间。因此,作为应聘者而言,良好的外貌加上得体的穿着,一定是加分项,一定是影响面试官进行判断的关键性的、隐含性的条件,虽然很多面试官不承认这一点。女性注意一定不能穿着暴露与浓妆艳抹,男性一定不能穿着很邋遢。至于什是符合职业化的穿着打扮,需要咨询您的服装搭配的顾问。

行为

应聘者的肢体语言,或者是肢体的行为,往往表露出应聘者的关键性特征,所以,参加面试一定要对自己的肢体行为进行修正,要进行练习,形成一种良好的习惯,这样才能在高压的面试环节中获得认同。可能很多应聘者自己并不知道,人在紧张的时候,会有很多的小动作,如搓手、肩膀前倾、手脚轻微颤抖、瞳孔缩小、脸部肌肉颤抖等,这些细微的动作被面试官扫描到之后,面试官会快速的近判断,并进行追问,看你对已经出现的压力的应对能力。大方得体的肢体语言就成为应聘成功的关键,人类交流过程中单纯的语言只占到30%左右,肢体语言和对情绪的感知占到了80%,可见肢体语言的重要性。

因为面试是一种演出,因此,面试的行为肢体语言是需要进行训练的,否则,犹如憋足的缺乏演技修炼的演员一样,不能获得观众的认可。俗话说,眼睛是心灵的窗户。在面试过程中,应聘者的眼光是面试官最为重要的观察内容。请一定要要注意,不能出现斜视和高挑的目光,斜视一般可能伴随谎言,高挑的目光,表示对面试官的不屑。眼光一定要游离在面试官眼睛稍微以下的地方目前清澈、态度真诚和谦虚一定是重要的加分项。

语言

人类社会是由语言构建的,离开了语言,人类和类人猿基本无差异。对于面试这种特殊的环境,语言成为至关重要考察内容。首先需要记住的一点,面试提问考察的方向是你的综合素质、逻辑思维能力、表达能力,并是要求你回答正确的答案,因此,哪怕是你对某些专业问题不太有把握,你一定要从框架和逻辑上来演绎,切记不要和面试官谈论理论上的对错。面试过程中的语言组织非常关键。对与应聘者而言,站在面试官的角度思考下,一个面试官一天要面试至少60人的时候,是一种什么状态。对于杂乱的信息,其实面试官已经无法进行准确的判断,会造成面试过程的失误。因此,对应聘者而言,简单、条理清晰的语言绝对是加分项,而杂乱的、无逻辑的表述一定是扣分项,和面试官讨论正确与对错,一定是面试自杀行为。
