组织发展战略SOAR矩阵是什么

SWOT分析是战略规划的重要工具。但是,SWOT分析的焦点集中在组织优势与劣势,环境中存在的机会与威胁,背后的假设是组织在环境面临机会和威胁,可以通过发挥组织的优势规避组织的劣势,来获得竞争优势,因此,是一种应对性的战略规划工具。在SWOT分析的基础上,组织发展专家提出了全新的组织战略工具:SOAR分析工具,使战略的制定与实施更加的柔性化。

SOAR整合了肯定式探询与其他的组织发展理论,使战略成为一种正向变革的过程。SOAR 旨在成为“战略思维和规划的积极方法,使组织能够通过协作、共同理解和行动承诺来构建未来”。SOAR 从战略分析开始,使用肯定式探询的方法,讨论组织的优势和机会。SOAR 重新构建战略对话期间出现的弱点和威胁,然后继续确定组织渴望成为的战略核心,并将这些愿望纳入可衡量的未来成果。

尽管全球经济和竞争环境发生了动荡的变化,但传统战略规划方法的核心特征在过去60年中几乎没有改变。传统的战略规划流程方法涉及基于 SWOT(优势、劣势、机会、威胁)或其重新组合的对应 TOWS(威胁、机会、劣势、优势)的分析。使用肯定式探询作为其构建基础,SOAR 对 SWOT 框架中“S”和“O”元素进行了扩展。
