Rethinking about OD during pandemic

Covid-19 pandemic is most critical and impactful event after THE WORLD WAR II and its powerful effect is still sustain. Almost all business all over the world hurt badly by the outbreak plague and from OD perspective, the epidemic is the greatest change agent that derail the world from the normal.


No one can tell that when the pandemic is over and we can switch to the normal we use to with no mask, on lockdown, and no social distance. Therefor pandemic may become the next normal, become symbol of all organization, and become part of our culture.
What OD practitioner can do during the pandemic is clear that OD expert should makes themselves understand the consequence of the outbreak and lockdown to organization and then find solution for all organization how to deal with the pandemic, and how to build organization which can withstand pandemic.
When we use to work in stable environment, it is hard and painful for everyone to be drag out of the comfort zone by pandemic. However, OD expert should find way to solve problem course by lockdown and calamity and their study will shade light on future organization design and future working design.
