咨询旅程之道孚

道孚距离康定大概一百多公里，项目组决定到道孚进行访谈，了解当地实际情况。清早7点钟，从新城的康巴大酒店出发，前几天都在下雨，云雾飘拂在半山腰，看上去特别的美丽。汽车从康巴大酒店慢慢驶上了折多山的山脚，这时有很多军车在我们左右，道路比较堵塞。过来半小时，汽车进入了折多塘，弯弯清澈的小河跟在车窗外面。我们看到有驴友搭起的帐篷，还有袅袅的生火的烟雾，感慨真像是人间天堂。

咨询旅程之康定

2014年的6月，项目组一行六人，从成都出发，沿着318国道，开始了去康定的旅程。从成都出发，一小时左右到雅安县城。汽车从雅安县城旁边经过，过了一座桥就开始往传说中的二郎山进发。经过2小时，汽车开始在318国道上艰难的爬行，从上面看下去只见蜿蜒的公路像蛇一样盘在山脚。
经过近2小时，汽车终于经过二郎山隧道，开始往泸定前行，道路开始相对平坦一些，汽车走到泸定大渡河，大渡河边耸立着一座高高的发电站，河上漂浮着无数的垃圾，可见对自然环境的破坏，车窗外的大渡河在静静的流淌，看到这样的景象，心情还是复杂的。

Emotional Aspect of Change Management

Change management process involves people’s emotion and their attitude and cognition decide effect of the process. How to manage emotion and ensure change process is of vital importance.

From project start up, consultant should establish a climate of trust and openness. Experience indicates that participants become very excited and engaged while they are working with the reality of their system.
