从2003年开始,踏上专业管理顾问的职业道路,至今已有八个年头,回想这八年,感概颇深,期间历经许多困难与磨难,终于走到了2011年的春天。
从开始作为专业顾问的那天,就感觉到身上的责任重大,为企业提供有价值的咨询服务,说起来容易,做起来却很难。在市场经济条件下,作为委托方的人员,处于顾客与公司之间的利益第三方,有时为了公司的利益必须做出专业上牺牲,为客户的服务必然不是非常到位,对客户问题的解决必然不是十分彻底,有时为了保证咨询服务的质量,必须在一定程度上牺牲公司的利益,项目时间节点不能得到保证。处于中间地带的顾问,对于集体往往没有很强的归属感,总是感觉到在出差,在客户方访谈调研,没有一种真正的归属。 继续阅读“顾问的历程”
Working and traveling in Tibet
From July till December, working as consultant in a change management project for a state-own firm in Tibet, met with tremendous obstacle, helped by so many people, and the project was successfully achieved goals previously set. With memories full of hardship endured, with dream of the mystery land, eventually, finished the assigned contract and found New Year came. Intelligence testing its limitation and consideration
When applied intelligence tests into industry, some of the testing limitation should be fully understood in order to make the testing more prevalent. There are some limitations of the testing. An important limitation of intelligence tests is that, for the most part, they are not concerned with the underlying processes involved in problem solving. They focus on the final product or outcome rather than on the steps involved in reaching the outcome. OD组织发展之—人际过程的介入技术(Human Process Intervention)
传统的OD介入干预技术更为重视组织中个人的发展,在Lewin提出其行为理论,及组织中个人的行为受到人格及环境的双重影响,按照Lewin的说法:“与其试图改变个体,不如永久改变可能影响个体行为的要素。”最近许多OD实践者发现,在将注意力集中在组织系统的变革时,个体发展应当给予的关注受到了影响,现在是重新思考在系统性组织变革的同时,给予个体更多关注的时候了。个体层面的介入干预主要有以下三种,培训,导师及教练。无论采用什么方法,个体的发展会出现在以下三个领域:工作内容领域,职能领域与适应性领域。工作内容领域是与某项工作直接相关,其能力的高低可以通过观察直接获得,是履行职责所需的技能。职能领域包括一些隐性的能力要素,如倾听、冲突管理、决策等;适应性层面是知觉层面的,个体积极主动的自我认知与提高的能力。 继续阅读“OD组织发展之—人际过程的介入技术(Human Process Intervention)”
